Margot Wosko Pietrusiewicz, MEd, MBA, SPHR

As Director of Human Resources, Margot is responsible for managing the human resource program for the Office of Vice Chancellor of Innovation and all reporting units. She works collaboratively with units reporting to the Vice Chancellor on HR initiatives and advises on HR-related strategies and best practices.

Previously, Margot managed and oversaw the administrative operations for UIC Extended Campus. Margot has been with UIC since 2001 and has worked extensively with online education, student services, and all areas of university administration.

Margot earned a Master of Education and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She also received a Master’s in Special Education from the Catholic University in Lublin. Margot holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification and Mastering HR Organizational Effectiveness Certificate from Villanova University.
